Commercial Portable Restrooms

When renting construction portable restrooms, you need to comply with OSHA law which dictates the number of portable toilets required per construction worker.  For health and sanitary purposes, the required number of construction portable toilets is:

• One toilet for up to 20 employees.
• One toilet seat and one urinal per 40 workers for over 20 employees.
• One toilet seat and one urinal per 50 workers for over 200 employees.

Due to the high volume of usage, construction portable restrooms should be cleaned once a week. If weekly service isn’t feasible, we recommend renting additional toilets.
