Staff Spotlight: Rollie Snowberger

At CS Portables, we believe our people are the heart of what we do, and this month, we’re proud to shine the spotlight on Rollie Snowberger, our dedicated Service Manager.

In his role, Rollie oversees the servicing of portable restrooms, manages supply inventory, orders essentials as needed, and ensures our trucks are always clean and well-stocked.

Although he’s only been with CS Portables for nine months, Rollie has already become an integral part of the team. What drew him to the company? A connection from a previous job and the opportunity to grow within a fast-moving, up-and-coming business.

Rollie’s hard work, determination, flexibility, and natural leadership have all played key roles in his success. “I’m a self-motivated team player who’s always willing to learn,” he says, and his impact shows.

When asked about the work culture at CS Portables, Rollie doesn’t hesitate: “It’s like a big family.” He appreciates how supportive the owners are, not just professionally but personally. That family-like atmosphere is what sets CS Portables apart for him.

Outside of work, Rollie loves spending time outdoors and making memories with his family.

His advice to someone new to the industry? “Keep an open mind. It might sound like a gross job to do, working on porta potties, but it’s not as bad as it sounds!”
